Positive: Clean , well equipped, good location for the centre of Douglas and sea front . Parking could be a slight problem. however as we had 5 apartments for 13 people and only 3 cars we found we could get round the issue . Apartments are clean airy and adequate for our needs . If you want five star luxury, with coffee machines etc . May be not the place for you , but for a group or small family excellent value for money .

Negative: The only issue we found was the internal doors , having to be heavy auto closing doors the younger kids found it difficult moving from room to room as the closers on the doors seem a little tight and the doors a little heavy .

Positive: Great stay at Clifton Terrace, everything you need in a well presented, clean apartment. Short walk into the main area of Douglas bars restaurants etc. The steam train apx 15 minutes walk, and the horse drawn tram is at the bottom of the road which will take you to the electric tram And of course the beach is a 5 min walk. Jack was very helpful and did a great job setting up the apartment

Negative: I booked the Apartment for 3 people, my Wife, myself and my Sister. The Apartment was spot on, very clean and modern and central to the shops and bars of Douglas. Excellent for a couple but was not ideal for anymore as the bathroom was in the one bedroom and to use it you had to walk through the bedroom and disturb who ever is sleeping there. The 2nd bed was a pull out bed settee in the kitchen and was very uncomfortable. I would suggest that this Apartment only be advertised as a one bedroom.

Positive: Absolutely immaculate and very nice, modern design. Check in/out was very smooth and staff were communicative and helpful via message.

Negative: Lots of stairs might not be great for some people, however we didn’t mind at all.
